The Rights Rangers

Our Rights Rangers are a passionate and dedicated pupil voice group led by Mrs Hughes, bringing together children from Progression Steps 2 and 3 to champion the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) within our school community. The team meets regularly to learn about the different rights that every child is entitled to and to explore what these rights look like in practice across our classrooms and playgrounds. During their meetings, the Rights Rangers discuss how our school can continue to respect, protect, and promote these rights in everyday life, ensuring that every pupil feels safe, valued, and heard. Through their work, our rangers play an important role in helping all learners understand their rights and responsibilities, creating a culture of fairness, inclusion, and respect that underpins everything we do as a School.
